COMMUNICATION
We keep our clients updated throughtout the entire custom process, sample development, freight and clearance, and final delivery of the products. You will have all of the information you need to keep your clients happy. You will work directly with a dedicated team will not get handed off to multiple customer service layers.
INSPECTION, QUALITY CONTROL, AND SAFETY TESTING
We will handle the entire process. Independent 3rd party testing for both quality and material safety testing. We test to ensure materials are not only safe, but that the product meets all quality standards as well. If you have specific requirements that need to be filled, The Hershey Group can utilize a factory that can meet all necessary specifications. THG will manage these key aspects for you and your clients.

Let us handle your general sourcing. We work closely with only the best manufacturing partners to overall a wide range of products. We have employees on the ground in both Shenzhen and Ningbo that have over 35 years combined experience in the promotional products trade business. They are fluent in both Chinese/Mandarin and English and have relationships with hundreds of factories all over China. This, combined with our long term relationships with our principal factories mean that we have true factory direct pricing. We have been developing many of these partnerships for over a decade.
